And now it’s all over. (Pause) And that’s the hardest part. Today, everything is different. (Pause) There’s no Trestle. (Pause) My rock is gone. (Pause) My hole is filled in. (Pause) We fish the bend like everyone else. (Pause) I have to wait around like everyone else. (Pause) Can’t even get decent help. (Pause) Right after I got here I asked someone to clean the potatoes and I got dirty spuds. I’m an average nobody. I get to the hole late. I snag leaves. I listen to Mark talk about how it used to be. (Pause) I get to spend the rest of my life like a schnook.
